The late Paul Böhringer first founded Böhringer GmbH, in Oedheim, West Germany in 1946. From there, Böhringer GmbH became a respected leader through its innovative product offering in the international mining, recycling, and aggregate processing industry. Today Bohringer equipment can be found in operation in many parts of the world.
Bohringer first entered the North American market in July of 1984 through its subsidiary, “Bohringer Inc”, owned by its President Thomas Hecker. In 1997, Bohringer GmbH ceased operation due to a shrinking European market for high-end systems. At this time Bohringer, Inc. acquired rights to the Bohringer brands. Initially, Bohringer supplied a thriving US market with the company’s vast experience, know-how and technology in processing equipment systems.
Based on the company’s, equipment criteria, and flexibility to adapt aggregate processing systems to customer’s individual needs, Bohringer has been able to supply machinery at fair market price with advanced operating benefits. So far, Bohringer, Inc. has placed in excess’ of 350 specialized and standard systems in various fields with repeated sales to the same customers. Bohringer Inc has over 44 years of US and World product application knowledge.
Major changes are taking place within Bohringer, Inc. Strategically located global distributors with professional and experienced sales personnel in aggregate processing equipment have been engaged for the marketing of its systems and parts. The emphasis will be on applications, correct equipment selection, and quality related issues arising in everyday aggregate production.
